Facility Details
The 20,000 square foot facility boasts cutting-edge amenities for players including seven indoor courts, state-of-the art lighting and premium court surfaces. There is a reception area with a merchandise shop along with snacks/drinks for purchase, a locker room with showers, a performance training section and multiple viewing locations.

Coaches
Stephen will be the face of Hyde Park as Johan is moving to the new Norwell club to oversee that coaching staff and facility. Along with Stephen, we will have four other coaches in Hyde Park.
Stephen Mitchell
Born in South Africa, Stephen is a three-time National Champion in platform tennis and currently ranked number 1 in the country. Successfully pivoting to pickleball, he and Johan have competed in tournaments throughout the county, garnering a national following. Stephen has been a racquets professional for 18 years, teaching pickleball, tennis and platform tennis to players of all ages and abilities. Most recently Stephen was the Director of Racquets at The Braeburn Country Club in Newton.
Sam Kim
Sam is an IPTPA certified pickleball pro instructor and has been teaching pickleball for 3 years to all ages and skill levels. In the beginning, he played tennis and eventually taught tennis for a few years. Sam transferred to pickleball 4 years ago and has medaled in many tournaments in the Northeast. As an avid young pickleball athlete, he has also played pro tournaments all around the country. According to DUPR rating, he is one of the top pickleball players in New England. For the past two years, he has been a pickleball teaching pro at Bloomfield Tennis Club.
Casey Taitel
Casey is a NPA certified pickleball pro instructor from Shrewsbury, MA. She recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and is now coaching pickleball and training to play professionally. Her background in athletics extends to sports business, where she has worked in partnership marketing, event coordination, and fan engagement. Pickleball is the next of Casey’s passions and she is eager to help pickleball players develop their physical and mental skills to enhance their play.
Craig Corcoran
A PPR Certified Pro, USA Pickleball Ambassador and Engage Pickleball Sponsored Player, Craig has competed & won medals both in Men's Doubles and with his wife, Gail, in Mixed Doubles. His most recent Gold medal came at the Massachusetts Senior Games which qualified him for the National Senior Games.
Craig runs Brookline’s pickleball program and is widely known as one of the top pickleball instructors in Greater Boston. He specializes in coached play and game strategy. USA Pickleball recently recognized Craig as its Ambassador of the Month.
Jim Bove
Jim was born in Brooklyn NY and grew up playing handball, paddleball and outdoor racquetball in parks throughout NYC. He was the racquetball club pro for 22 years at the Ridge Athletic Club in Braintree MA.
Jim transitioned to pickleball in 2017. He is a certified pickleball instructor with the (P.P.R.) Professional Pickleball Registry. He is also the MA state director for World Outdoor Racquetball (W.O.R.) and runs events throughout MA and ME
Greg Perkins
Greg has a very unique style of play that was self taught with a mix of fast pace and aggressiveness. A former baseball pitcher in his youth and natural athlete Greg has adapted to pickleball to compete with the top players in the region very quickly. His approach to teaching is based on the trial by fire philosophy by grinding through every skill set you are looking to learn. He has been passionate about teaching pickleball for over 2 years and is known for his fiery yet hilarious personality. If you want enthusiasm when learning this is his specialty along with lightening fast hands, top tier defensive skills, & deceptive shots.
