There are 2 ways to invite friends to your reservation:
Immediately after booking the reservation, you’ll see an ‘Invite Friends’ button that allows you to message or email the reservation link to your invitees. You have another opportunity to split the bill here (if you didn’t choose to prior to booking) or you can choose to cover the cost of one or more players.
At any time after the reservation is booked, you can go into the app and select "Play’ to see your upcoming reservation. Select ‘See Invites’. The same choices will be available share the link, split the bill or cover the cost.
-
All non-members pay a $10 day pass when booking a court or accepting an invitation to play.
-
When you book a court, you can now choose to split the cost of the court with the other players you invite. This happens through the system so all players will need to add credit cards to their account.
-
You can earn virtual credits through various means, as part of a member benefit or as a refunded charge. These credits can be used to book a court or sign up for a program. If you split the bill on a reservation, those players cannot use virtual credits to pay for their spot on the court. Virtual credits cannot be used to purchase merchandise or cover guest passes.
-
You will be charged an overstay fee if you start playing on court earlier than your scheduled start time or stay past your end time. This overstay fee is calculated based on each extra half hour of court time and varies by time of day. For instance, a player who books a court from 9-10am on a Monday and stays until 10:15 will be charged an overstay fee of $15. You will be notified of this charge via email and the fee may be referred to as an infraction fine.
-
Yes! When you book a court you can choose to share the cost of the court with some players and not others when you invite them.
-
Under Purchase History in your account, a guest spot under an invitation shows the estimated cost for your share of a court booking. This amount shown can either be:
The exact amount that is charged to your credit card for your spot,
A higher or lower amount that is actually charged to your credit card for your spot based on the number of players who showed up to the reservation, or
The amount that the booker is charged for your spot if they elected to pay for everyone (in this case, you are not also charged).

Our Pros cannot manually give someone a rating. One can only be given a rating when they have recorded matches entered into the DUPR website. To help get our community rated, we will hold Round Robin 2.5 & Below for DUPR sessions. Our staff will enter match scores from this session for you. Once you create a DUPR account, you will have a rating.
